My Pool did not take six months it took just over three months… Which was amazing to us and pleasantly surprising. Led by Henrietta, Grant, and Logan they were involved every step of the way. You get for what you pay for. They were competitively priced and let us make all the decisions. We never once felt like we were being upsold. Unlike previous reviews, their communication was excellent. Henrietta or Grant would respond to email/text promptly. Whether it was a question, request, or a change they accommodated my family from the start to finish.
Prior to signing the contract with them, we requested a completion date they meet as part of the deal. They had no problem committing to our agreed upon date. Not only did they meet the date, they exceeded it by just over a week to spare. I have 2 boys under the age of 5, they left the job site in the safest/cleanest way possible during the build which I appreciated.
The pool has been completed for over a month with no issues at all. I’m happy for them and their growing customers. As I drive around town and see one of their signs by the roadway, O know they are working hard to make someone else dreams a reality. I’m sure when and if there is an issue, they will be standing strong and ready to correct the issue.

“We are in the process of moving and had to make a quick decision on what type of pool we wanted. I was recommended Splash Time Pools by my realtor. I went in and was immediately waited on. I particularly like the fact that I could pick any style with any of the tiles and paints they had to offer, for one price. There was no pressure. The sales person came out to measure to be sure if what I wanted would fit. They told me how much and when the money was due at what intervals during the installation process, which took about 3 months. We have had no problems in a year’s time and have been very satisfied, particularly with the Salt Turbo Cell System. No bunch of chemicals and no algae! The people there are very helpful to answer questions when I have called in.
